Provides intermediate-level systems administration and technical operations support for IT and OT infrastructure at Malmstrom Air Force Base. Installs, configures, monitors, troubleshoots, maintains, and improves servers, workstations, networks, operating systems, software, accounts, and related infrastructure. Applies DoD and Air Force cybersecurity standards, documents incidents and procedures, coordinates with technical stakeholders, supports facility infrastructure, and trains users. Requires two years of relevant experience, qualifying education or certification, and an active Secret clearance.

Designs, maintains, and optimizes Azure and cloud DevOps CI/CD pipelines across development, test, and production environments. Implements YAML-based automation, infrastructure as code, secure development practices, testing, quality gates, and deployment monitoring. Troubleshoots complex pipeline and configuration issues, supports Docker and AKS workloads, ensures compliance with security and change-control processes, documents operations, participates in Agile ceremonies, and provides technical guidance to junior engineers.

Designs and implements secure cloud solutions, establishes enterprise security architecture and access controls, and serves as an Information Assurance authority. Supports federal A&A/ATO activities, NIST and RMF compliance, security control implementation, POA&M management, and boundary defense initiatives. Partners with PMOs, platform teams, development teams, and Salesforce stakeholders to embed security into configurations, integrations, and CI/CD pipelines.

Provides administrative and operational support for a Northern Virginia government client. Responsibilities include digitizing workflows, optimizing processes, maintaining records and reports, coordinating meetings and stakeholders, documenting program initiatives, supporting strategy and training pipelines, preparing executive communications, and assisting with conferences and off-site meetings. The role requires extensive strategy and workflow optimization experience, strong digital and office technology skills, senior leadership interaction, and an active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph.

Supports federal IT system cybersecurity and privacy compliance under the NIST RMF. Responsibilities include RMF/ATO documentation, SSPP maintenance, continuous monitoring, vulnerability assessment and remediation tracking, POA&M management, incident response, audits, privacy assessments, change-impact reviews, SOP development, briefings, and advising system owners. The role also supports assessments, contingency exercises, SDLC activities, and cybersecurity documentation within GRC repositories.

Coordinates technical system and equipment deployments to field sites, manages project schedules, milestones, action items, documentation, purchasing, and status reporting. Supports project management framework deliverables, stakeholder communications, briefings, and certification and accreditation activities. Requires extensive technical project management experience, strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tools, and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive initiatives in a government environment.

Build and operate enterprise application container services using Docker and Kubernetes. Create architecture models, diagrams, and technical documentation; coordinate SDLC activities; estimate technical work; apply best practices across development, testing, and deployment; manage source code in Git repositories; support Agile development teams; and improve application procedures, processes, and operational controls.

Provides federal human resources support through staffing, employee relations, performance management, position classification, reorganizations, and regulatory compliance. Analyzes legislation and OPM, Department of State, and federal guidance; prepares personnel documentation, briefings, appeals, reports, and management recommendations. Advises employees and supervisors, supports hiring and classification activities, monitors HR processes and internal controls, coordinates with stakeholders and shared services providers, and addresses complex organizational and workforce issues independently.

Conduct security control assessments, vulnerability evaluations, and compliance activities for regulated federal cloud environments. Support RMF and A&A/ATO efforts by maintaining SSPs, POA&Ms, assessment artifacts, continuous monitoring documentation, and compliance reports. Evaluate AWS, Azure Government, Salesforce, and other SaaS/PaaS platforms, recommend remediation, and collaborate with engineering and government stakeholders to implement security controls. The role is onsite in the Washington, DC area and requires U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Facilitates Scrum ceremonies and coordinates delivery for a Salesforce Agentforce project in a government environment. Maintains sprint backlogs, tracks velocity and performance, removes impediments, manages cross-team dependencies, facilitates stakeholder communication, coaches teams on Agile practices, and supports continuous improvement and technical planning.
