Manage and grow marketplace accounts (primarily Amazon Seller/Vendor Central) including product setup, pricing, promotions, inventory, account health, listings, performance reporting, and cross-functional coordination. Support other marketplaces (Walmart, TikTok Shop, eBay), troubleshoot marketplace issues, launch new items, and optimize listings and sales using daily Excel analysis.

Lead and supervise operations and warehouse teams, enforce quality assurance, improve processes and productivity, collect and report operations metrics, partner with cross-functional teams, and ensure legal and safety compliance. May require weekend work and travel to Indiana.

Support daily operations including inventory and order management, coordinate with sales and warehouse to ensure timely fulfillment, manage client communications, document and improve procedures, and identify process efficiencies.
