Lead wholesale and direct-to-consumer marketing for Beautyspace, owning Beautyspace.com, loyalty, retailer programs, and team execution. Balance hands-on execution (70%) with strategy, manage two direct reports, coordinate cross-functional partners, and drive acquisition, conversion, retention, and commercial outcomes.

Coordinate day-to-day operations for assigned 3PL client accounts, managing orders, inventory, shipping, and fulfillment. Serve as operational contact, investigate and resolve issues, communicate updates and risks, analyze KPIs, support continuous improvement, and collaborate with Operations, Transportation, Finance, Technology, and Account Management teams.

Lead and supervise operations and warehouse teams, implement quality assurance, improve processes and metrics, partner with cross-functional teams to enhance systems, ensure compliance with legal and safety, and support productivity, cost reduction, and customer service goals.

Manage and grow marketplace sales across Amazon (Seller & Vendor), Walmart, TikTok Shop, eBay and others. Handle product setup, pricing, inventory, promotions, account health, performance reporting, issue resolution, launches, and cross-functional coordination. Use Excel daily for analysis and reporting; identify risks and optimize listings and operations to improve sales.
