Manages external recovery agencies by monitoring performance, coaching teams, documenting visits and calls, and ensuring adherence to bank standards and procedures. Supports customers with payment solutions, restructuring, rescheduling, and related services. Updates collection systems, shares approved data, resolves complaints, serves walk-in customers, reviews high-priority accounts, and ensures compliance with policies, SOPs, regulations, and conduct standards.

Prepares, reviews, and validates bilingual English-Arabic facility and security documentation for Islamic financing. Ensures Shari’a compliance across the ADIB Group with Higher Shari’a Authority, ISSC, and UAE Central Bank requirements. Responsibilities include recording and disseminating resolutions, maintaining the GRC database, conducting gap assessments, evaluating risks and controls, identifying non-compliance, monitoring corrective action plans, preparing reports and dashboards, and supporting Shari’a compliance policies and procedures.
