Support Head of NBFI and Relationship Managers in client coverage, origination and credit portfolio management for NBFI relationships. Prepare credit applications, conduct sovereign and cross-border risk assessments, draft client account plans, assist onboarding and CDD, monitor portfolio risks, and identify cross-sell opportunities while ensuring compliance with AML and sanctions policies.

Manage end-to-end transfer and mortgage operations for property registrations, ensuring compliance with bank policies and SLAs. Coordinate with customers, sales teams, land departments and banks, track case MIS, resolve process issues, assist in SOPs, and complete conversions and mortgage perfection within agreed TATs.

Review and process finance applications for completeness and compliance, analyze bank and financial statements, verify customer status, meet daily targets, escalate complex cases with recommendations, ensure adherence to ADIB policies, and support branches and DSUs to achieve budget and quality goals.

Lead user-centered design through research, prototyping, testing, and collaboration with product teams and stakeholders to deliver intuitive consumer product experiences. Justify design decisions and communicate findings across markets.

Manage deposit and finance account documentation, handle customer inquiries, open/close accounts, ensure KYC and Central Bank compliance, sell and cross-sell bank products, supervise and train subordinates, support CRM on budgets, audits and process improvements, and adhere to ADIB policies and operational controls.
