The Call Center Operator will handle inbound calls, chat support, and emails, providing high-quality customer service related to sports betting, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction while working nights and weekends.

As a Business Analyst, you'll optimize Lottery systems by tracking change requests, defining business requirements, and ensuring implementation meets customer expectations.

Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications and backend services using React, Node.js and Hapi.js. Own the full lifecycle of AI use cases from discovery to production. Build and integrate AI-powered applications and workflow automations, partner with stakeholders to scope and validate solutions, review and harden AI-generated code, implement testing/monitoring/logging, and contribute reusable patterns and documentation while working closely with the Enterprise Applications Architect.
