The Import Declarant is responsible for creating shipping documents, calculating import duties, and preparing customs declarations while ensuring compliance with legal provisions. They act as a communication bridge between customs, customers, and operational departments, providing guidance on customs matters.

Support commercial activities by preparing and following up quotations, scheduling meetings, maintaining customer data (Salesforce), monitoring commercial files, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring efficient commercial processes and excellent customer support.

Prepare and verify customs documentation, manage customs declarations and clearance procedures, maintain regulatory compliance, collaborate with European customs teams, and adopt digital customs tools.

Prepare month-end management accounts (P&L, balance sheet), reconcile GL accounts, support forecasts, budgets and variance analysis, produce KPIs and ad hoc financial analysis, assist statutory accounts and audit processes, and ensure compliance with financial standards and controls.
