Manages insurance claims, loss control, safety activities, and risk mitigation. Investigates incidents, analyzes claims and loss trends, coordinates with insurers and third-party administrators, supports safety assessments, oversees corrective actions, administers insurance data, and ensures compliance with reporting requirements.

Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, and month/year-end close. Prepare routine and complex journal entries, financial reports, and cash management. Ensure GAAP compliance, support audits, supervise accounting staff, and recommend internal control improvements.

The Paralegal supports the Office of General Counsel by drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with procurement laws.
