As a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll hire top talent, build a recruitment team, and execute talent programs while focusing on candidate experience and relationship building.

Translates regulations into controls and procedures, advises product and engineering teams, improves KYC/KYB and monitoring processes, supports audits and examinations, and manages relationships with regulators, banking partners, and internal stakeholders.

Own ARQ’s internal operating system, including the company-wide KPI platform, employee directory, and back-office tools. Define product strategy, roadmap, and execution; establish KPI ownership across departments; partner with engineering on architecture and schemas; and improve adoption through usage tracking and internal feedback. The role works closely with founders and cross-functional leaders to build scalable systems from scratch.

Own ARQ's global licensing pipeline end-to-end: track applications, manage milestones and cross-functional deliverables, coordinate external counsel, draft regulatory submissions, build templates and frameworks, monitor regulatory developments, and support renewals to ensure regulatory permissions for growth.

Founding security engineer for Brazil responsible for application security, cloud (AWS/Kubernetes) assessments, detection engineering, incident response, vendor due diligence, and defining AI/agentic workflow guardrails. Lead security roadmap, harden CI/CD and APIs, design detection and alerting across Datadog/CrowdStrike/Cloudflare, and mentor engineers while collaborating with global security team.

Lead and establish ARQ's security function in Brazil across application security, security operations, and GRC. Drive threat modelling, secure code review, API and AI/agentic workflow assessments, SIEM detection and response (Datadog, CrowdStrike, Cloudflare), incident response readiness, cloud security (AWS, Kubernetes), and vendor security assessments.

Founding Security Engineer for ARQ Brazil responsible for application security, detection engineering, incident response, cloud (AWS/Kubernetes) assessments, vendor security reviews, and AI/agentic risk monitoring. Build SIEM detections, maintain alert pipelines, run IR playbooks, and support threat modeling, secure code review, and CI/CD checks.
