Perform bring-up, simulation, integration, validation, and optimization of RF/antenna designs. Lead development and execution of a global engagement and governance framework to drive adoption of the Gong sales engagement platform. Align stakeholders, manage change, define operating cadences, capture product feedback, and report adoption and success metrics. Partner with sales enablement, operations, regional teams, and product management to scale content, sales plays, and continuous improvement.

Develop and maintain UVM-based verification environments and execute block- and system-level verification plans for ASIC/SoC designs. Design verification components, perform timing and gate-level simulations, debug complex issues, and support post-silicon bring-up with C firmware. Collaborate across teams to define verification strategies and improve testability.

Lead design and execution of scalable sales operations and strategic programs. Build repeatable processes, analyze data to deliver executive insights, manage cross-functional initiatives, and improve forecasting, efficiency, and operational consistency for a high-growth sales organization.

Design, build, and maintain Azure-based CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure using IaC. Implement containerization (Docker, AKS), automate deployments, monitor performance/security, manage identity and cost governance, troubleshoot production incidents, and document operational procedures while collaborating with development, QA, and security teams.
