Supports the Park Manager with administrative, business, and program operations at Champoeg State Heritage Area. Responsibilities include customer service, office coordination, filing, data entry, inventory and supply ordering, invoice and payment processing, payroll and personnel support, report preparation, policy communication, confidentiality, and adapting workflows to seasonal park needs.

Leads enterprise GIS analysis and administration for computer-aided dispatch and public safety systems. Develops, integrates, quality-controls, and maintains geospatial datasets, mapping layers, applications, and web maps. Ensures location validation and vehicle routability, troubleshoots mission-critical systems, supports users and partner agencies, and coordinates projects across jurisdictions and vendors. Provides technical guidance, documentation, and training while addressing complex data and stakeholder requirements.

Manage institutional records, court orders, subpoenas, public-records requests, forms, and data. Review documents for accuracy and legal compliance, apply Oregon statutes and policies, coordinate adults in custody movements and agency notifications, assist with release-document requests, and provide administrative support across correctional institutions. The role also maintains records security, responds to information requests, and provides leave coverage at multiple facilities.

Processes and maintains institutional records, documents, court orders, subpoenas, and public-records requests. Reviews materials for accuracy, completeness, legal compliance, and disclosure exemptions; applies laws, policies, and legal guidance. Leads the agency’s fiscal operations, including financial policy, internal controls, accounting, reporting, budget preparation, revenue forecasting, procurement, and fiscal impact analysis. Manages the Financial Services Division, interprets financial laws and policies, advises executive leadership and commissioners, and presents complex financial information. The role requires strong public-sector finance leadership, GAAP knowledge, financial modeling, procurement expertise, and executive communication skills.
