Provide high-quality workforce services by interviewing job seekers, referring them to job listings, advising claimants on eligibility issues, conducting progressive assessments, assisting with application materials and digital systems, and occasionally traveling statewide.

Serve as the Office of Financial Services liaison to develop systems, interpret complex financial regulations, ensure GAAP compliance, analyze and report financial data, manage integration with sub-systems, monitor performance metrics, and lead project work to implement policy and process improvements.

Provide leadership and consultative support for Community-Based Care licensing and survey procedures. Develop and write complex policies, rules, and legislative concepts; evaluate program operations, perform quality assurance, interpret regulations, provide technical assistance, and train staff, providers, and partners. Participate in rule development and work with Contracts and Procurement to review licensing activities.

Serve as first point of contact for OReGO participants and partners; resolve escalated issues, explain program rules, manage enrollment/account setup, reconcile program data across DMV/ODOT systems, recommend process improvements, and support data governance and refunds processing. Role includes office-based work with occasional travel and variable hours to meet business needs.

Process procurement requests, prepare purchase orders and grant agreements, maintain procurement records, and serve as primary intake for the Contracts and Procurement Services team. Guide staff, vendors, and grant recipients through purchasing steps, research and resolve issues, and support accurate use of agency and statewide systems. Support continuous improvement and customer service in public procurement processes.

Design, develop, and deliver agency-wide training and professional development programs; consult with managers and HR on employee issues; conduct needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness using surveys and data; manage training programs end-to-end and support continuous improvement of learning offerings.

Lead the statewide Boating Safety Program overseeing 11 staff. Manage boater education, certifications, credentialing, enforcement contracts and training, permits, markers, grant management, investigations, and interagency collaboration to advance boating safety and compliance.

Support the State Board of Forestry by managing meeting logistics, agendas, materials, and technical support; coordinate rulemaking and timelines; provide member and public customer service, travel/accommodation support, and ensure compliance with public meeting, ethics, and records retention laws.
