Leads HR strategy and execution for 500+ employees across multiple manufacturing and distribution sites. Responsibilities include standard costing, inventory accounting, variance analysis, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, SAP reporting, capital expenditure review, and SOP development. The role partners with plant and corporate leadership, standardizes finance practices across sites, and travels approximately 25% between Michigan and Washington.

Supports inside sales by handling customer inquiries, preparing quotes, managing the quoting queue, entering and updating orders, and following up on opportunities to drive revenue. Maintains customer and CRM records, supports outside sales, and coordinates with operations and manufacturing teams on inventory, fill rates, and SIOP. Manages HR functions for approximately 200 corporate and manufacturing employees, including employee relations, investigations, performance management, compliance, training, compensation and benefits, leave administration, onboarding, workforce planning, HRIS data, and offboarding. Partners with Talent Acquisition and operations leadership while supporting employees and managers on the manufacturing floor.

Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including billing, cash posting, collections, credit memos, discrepancy resolution, customer inquiries, and financial record accuracy. Own day-to-day marketplace presence on Amazon, eBay, and related platforms: manage SKU setup, catalog accuracy, inventory feeds, listing suppressions, and account health. Develop SOPs and workflows, coordinate cross-functionally with product, content, inventory, and IT, track KPIs, handle platform support/escalations, and support new category/SKU launches.

Lead North America eCommerce strategy to scale 1P, 3P, and marketplace channels; build pricing discipline, channel governance, KPIs, playbooks, and digital capability; drive revenue, margin, and cross-functional alignment; partner with marketing, external platforms, and BUs to grow online presence and protect retail partnerships.

Prepare and post journal entries, maintain the general ledger, perform account reconciliations, support month‑end/year‑end close and audits, assist with AP/AR, produce financial reports, and document processes while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure GAAP compliance and financial accuracy.

Lead strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise analytics and AI capabilities. Manage and grow data teams, build scalable analytics platforms, ensure data quality and governance, partner with business leaders to drive ROI, operationalize model lifecycle and responsible-AI practices, and oversee project delivery, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
