Leads SBI Card’s enterprise AI Centre of Excellence, driving AI/ML, GenAI, agentic AI, LLM platforms, conversational AI, and RPA from experimentation into governed production use. Owns AI strategy, responsible AI governance, platform architecture, infrastructure, lifecycle controls, business portfolio prioritization, customer AI channels, and automation operations. The role also manages large teams, vendors, delivery programs, service levels, regulatory compliance, and executive stakeholder engagement within the credit-card and BFSI domain.

Lead and manage the insider threat program to detect, investigate, and prevent data leakage. Operate monitoring tools, review alerts, coordinate escalations with compliance and HR, maintain incident trackers, refine DLP rules, produce metrics and reports, manage service partners, and ensure process documentation, DR participation, and adherence to security frameworks and audits.

Lead HR IT initiatives for Oracle HCM/HRMS, gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, manage vendors and integrations, oversee project and release cycles, drive incident and knowledge management, enforce ITIL processes, coordinate testing and development, and deliver mid-large projects on time while improving operational efficiencies and SLAs.

Manages ASMs, NFTEs, call-center productivity, distribution points, partner relationships, manpower planning, training, compliance, application fulfillment, and cost optimization. Drives account acquisition, premium card sales, insurance cross-sell, digital sourcing, customer satisfaction, and achievement of regional sales targets.

Leads the enterprise AI transformation agenda by prioritizing high-value AI and GenAI use cases, managing delivery governance, partnering on data and AI infrastructure, tracking business value, and embedding model governance and responsible AI practices. The role oversees cross-functional execution across business and technology teams, ensuring scalable, reliable, compliant deployments aligned with strategic priorities and measurable outcomes.

Leads enterprise analytics and insights, including predictive and prescriptive modeling, forecasting, dashboards, KPI standardization, value tracking, data governance, and executive reporting.
