Support sustainable biomass sourcing and certification by maintaining SLS 1551 documentation, collecting field data, coordinating with suppliers, conducting field visits and vendor training, preparing sustainability reports, monitoring compliance, and assisting operational and continuous improvement activities.

Lead HR operations for the plant including payroll, time & attendance, employee records, recruitment, engagement, employee relations, trainings, compliance and documentation accuracy. Support digital transformation by designing training programs, conducting knowledge extraction with SMEs, documenting processes, maintaining a knowledge repository, creating e‑learning illustrations, and analyzing process flows to identify key learning points.

Manage supplier interactions for raw material purchase orders and invoices, monitor and analyze delivery charts and delays, coordinate with suppliers, warehouses and plants to ensure on-time raw material deliveries and 100% DIFOT, handle P2C failures, and minimize production impact.

Manage a customer portfolio from inquiry/order to dispatch by coordinating with sourcing, planning, production and support teams. Serve as customer contact for product development, ensure on-time delivery, maintain documentation and reporting, support sales & marketing colleagues, and uphold company governance and KPIs.

Support workshop manufacturing and prototyping: operate CNC/laser/milling/lath machines, assist control box wiring and bulk machine assembly, perform SolidWorks design, and program PLCs and Arduinos for ongoing projects.

Support the Bodywear design team with SMS/sample preparation, customer visit setup, and photoshoot coordination. Prepare boardrooms, coordinate samples with cutting and sample room teams, track design styles, and ensure timely delivery to meet customer deadlines while gaining hands-on design experience.

Act as HR business partner for the Bodywear division, driving performance management, system/process administration, goal moderation, headcount accuracy, grievance handling, performance improvement, and liaising with central HR to ensure timely, auditable HR processes and data-driven leadership reporting.

Manage payroll, time & attendance, employee records, EPF/ETF reporting, recruitment support, HR documentation, and employee relations for the manufacturing unit while ensuring compliance with group and legal policies.
