As an Intern in Industrial Engineering, you will conduct process audits, facilitate smooth material and development flow, and analyze activities to reduce wastage.

Support HR activities including recruitment (CV screening, interview scheduling), onboarding, recordkeeping, reporting, training coordination, employee engagement, documentation, and general HR administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality.

Convert raw product, materials, and order files into standard templates; validate and upload data; maintain detailed step logs; track system/template issues; and report recurring data quality patterns to support automation.

Support the Planning team by maintaining monthly capacity plans, analyzing planned vs. system orders, collecting operational data from operations teams, performing data analysis, and creating dashboards to inform planning decisions.

Develop and execute the Operational Risk Management and Assurance (ORMA) annual plan, perform assurance engagements and QAIP, monitor internal controls and fraud risk, drive remedial actions, and ensure compliance with methodology and milestones. Influence stakeholders and deliver recommendations to strengthen operational risk and internal audit frameworks.

Manage recruitment campaigns for worker categories, maintain employee hostel standards, coordinate with production and JCC, handle disciplinary and grievance matters, and run CSR projects to support plant community and reduce turnover.

Provide administrative and clerical support, prepare reports, presentations and spreadsheets, coordinate meetings and training, participate in process improvement and assist with departmental documentation.
