Intern – Human Resources

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the recruitment process, including screening CVs and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers regarding interview arrangements.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and orientation activities for new employees.
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documentation.
- Coordinate employee training and development activities.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Handle filing and documentation while ensuring confidentiality of employee information.
- Assist in preparing letters, presentations, and other HR correspondence.
- Perform any other HR-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge in MS Office package
Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
