Build financial models and business cases (DCF, NPV, IRR) to support capital and operating decisions; run sensitivity and scenario analysis; partner with operations and senior leadership; source and validate data from systems (including SAP); translate analysis into executive recommendations; support strategic planning, capital prioritization, and carry projects from framing to decision.

Lead engineering governance and multidisciplinary teams across a multi-year concentrator and tailings storage expansion. Ensure design quality, safety, schedule, budget, standards compliance, value engineering, and coordination with EPC/CM, procurement, construction, commissioning, operations, and stakeholders.

Provide technical leadership for electrical and instrumentation maintenance: supervise staff, plan and execute maintenance, troubleshoot complex electrical systems, support engineering projects, manage procurement and contractors, maintain preventive maintenance programs, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, mentor junior electricians, and control maintenance budgets.

Develop and maintain 1–12 month short-range open-pit mine plans, design bench layouts, dig polygons, blast patterns and haulage/routing. Coordinate drill & blast, geology, survey and operations to produce shovel-ready instructions, monitor execution, reconcile performance, and update forecasts using Hexagon MinePlan tools.

Lead plant engineering for a copper mining site, ensuring safety and compliance, managing sustaining capital projects and CAPEX/OPEX budgets, optimizing fluid and utility networks, overseeing asset integrity and critical equipment, mentoring engineering staff, and driving cost, schedule, and technical performance across concentrator, SX/EW, and mine areas.

Maintain, optimize, and secure servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud services. Monitor performance, apply patches, run security audits, implement disaster recovery and backups, provide second-level support, troubleshoot complex issues, and keep detailed infrastructure documentation.
