Provides HR leadership and daily guidance to managers and employees on employee relations, labor relations, performance management, workforce planning, compensation, benefits, compliance, investigations, and policy interpretation. Partners with local unions, supports responses to EEOC and DOL claims, maintains regulatory knowledge, assists with HRIS updates, reporting, exit interviews, and recruiting, and supports environmental, health, and safety programs.

Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across a multi-year mining concentrator and tailings expansion. Oversee engineering governance from feasibility through closeout, ensure quality, safety, schedule, budget, technical assurance, value optimization, and alignment with standards while coordinating with EPC/CM, procurement, construction, operations, and stakeholders.

Supports the transition of projects from construction and design into operations by coordinating readiness plans, milestones, documentation, training, testing, commissioning, and validation. Collaborates with operations, maintenance, and construction teams, tracks performance metrics, identifies risks and process improvements, supports safety and environmental compliance, and assists with incident investigations and corrective actions. Requires site visits and adaptability to challenging industrial environments.

Lead corporate accounting, reporting, consolidations, and internal controls across multi-site mining operations. Oversee monthly/annual closes, budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, cost analysis, and SAP-based reporting. Manage site controllers, tax and accounting teams, drive process improvements, and support executive decision-making with operational financial insights.

Build financial models and business cases (DCF, NPV, IRR) to support capital and operating decisions; run sensitivity and scenario analysis; partner with operations and senior leadership; source and validate data from systems (including SAP); translate analysis into executive recommendations; support strategic planning, capital prioritization, and carry projects from framing to decision.
