Partners with business, credit, collections, analytics, operations, technology, and compliance teams to implement policy changes and provide dashboards, reports, and recommendations to senior management and risk committees.

Manage banking recovery operations, including NPA follow-up, borrower and branch coordination, compromise and one-time settlement proposals, write-offs, legal recovery proceedings, recovery-agent empanelment, credit reporting, audits, risk supervision submissions, and management information reporting.
