Lead DevSecOps efforts to design and implement secure, automated CI/CD pipelines, reusable Terraform modules, Ansible configurations, containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes/Helm), cloud security controls across AWS/Azure/GCP, monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK), incident response, and collaborate with development and security teams to enforce secure, scalable infrastructure.

Oversee receipt, storage, issuance, and quality of materials per SOPs. Coordinate with site stores and vendors, manage inventory (including non-moving items), handle procurement processes (PR, GR/IR, MIRO), maintain store records and MIS reports, ensure IMS compliance, support audits, and use digital tools to streamline store operations.

Oversee monthly financial reporting and dashboards, review financial statements, coordinate site processes and audits, manage regulatory compliance and related-party transactions, lead financial due diligence and entity migrations, monitor CAPEX and capitalization, support budgeting, cash-flow planning, MIS, board/audit committee reporting, and implement internal controls and group guideline validation.

Manage site HR operations including onboarding, contractor labor management (CLMS/Kronos, Legatrix), performance and development, labor-law compliance and statutory filings, health and safety coordination, stakeholder engagement, and employee engagement events.
