Supports Bridgewater Bank’s Marketing team with planning and executing internal and external events. Responsibilities include vendor coordination, event setup and teardown, promotional material inventory, packing and organization, follow-up activities, and general marketing projects. The intern will also participate in meetings, lead an individual project, and present work to leadership teams.

Promotes Treasury Management products and business deposit services through branch referrals, client needs analysis, prospecting, and relationship development. Supports branch staff, identifies and closes sales opportunities, prepares account and Treasury Management documentation, coordinates onboarding, conducts client reviews, and partners with senior Treasury Management leaders for complex clients. Products include ACH, online wire origination, remote deposit, merchant card processing, positive pay, and business checking and savings accounts.

Serve as the bank’s initial client contact by greeting clients, answering inquiries, processing deposits and other financial transactions, verifying identities, balancing cash and vault inventories, handling documentation and fraud requests, and maintaining front-desk areas. The role also requires compliance with banking policies, BSA regulations, security procedures, and ongoing training.

Manages full-cycle recruitment, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, candidate communication, and hiring leader partnership. Maintains recruiting records and metrics in UKG, supports employer branding initiatives, and ensures compliance with employment laws. Builds talent pipelines through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals while managing multiple recruiting priorities.

Processes and reviews specialty deposit account transactions and documentation, including IRAs, trusts, estates, UTMA, POA, 1031 Exchange, TIMBR, and wholesale accounts. Handles reporting, service requests, account maintenance, exception research, and escalations. Supports testing, product implementation, process improvements, communications, and cross-functional backup while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with established procedures.

Process and monitor electronic payments, including domestic and international wires, ACH files, debit card, Zelle, external transfer, and bill pay transactions. Review OFAC and IAT alerts, reconcile general ledger accounts, manage deposit queues, maintain procedures and logs, respond to client inquiries, monitor reports, and comply with banking regulations and security requirements.

Executes product marketing initiatives, integrated campaigns, go-to-market activities, communications, website updates, SEO, and social media. Develops marketing collateral and sales materials, maintains brand standards, coordinates promotional inventory, and supports cross-functional projects. The role requires strong writing, organization, attention to detail, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Manages deposit account services, including openings, renewals, redemptions, checks, cards, bill payments, ACH, and wire transfers. Builds client relationships, promotes banking products, supports client specialists, conducts follow-up calls, and contributes to sales growth and retention. Ensures compliance with bank policies, security procedures, BSA requirements, and government regulations while delivering responsive customer service.
