Develop and deploy production-ready generative AI applications using Python, LLMs, RAG, AWS Bedrock, and OpenAI APIs. Responsibilities include model customization, API integration, data preparation, performance tuning, production deployment, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. The role focuses on applied engineering rather than research and requires experience integrating AI solutions into business applications.

Provides first-level onsite and remote IT support, resolves and tracks service desk tickets, escalates complex issues, maintains hardware and software, assists with account administration and inventory, and follows security procedures. Supports laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, projectors, operating systems, business applications, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Google Workspace. Works with regional and global IT teams in a multinational environment.

Provide 1st and 2nd level local and remote IT support for end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain IT inventory and accounts, perform installations and minor repairs, support VIP users, collaborate with regional/global IT teams, and ensure information security and adherence to IT procedures.
