Manage and grow indirect lending through dealer and retail relationships: process and underwrite dealer-submitted loan applications, fund and audit contracts for compliance, train dealership and credit union staff, visit dealers and represent the credit union at events, and meet operational and growth targets.

Processes ACH origination files, Federal Reserve submissions, returns, stop-payments, death notifications, rejected items, account-to-account transfers, bill pay, and online card funding. Balances ACH reports, monitors compliance reports, supports Treasury Management, reconciles assigned general ledger accounts, and responds to branch, back-office, member, and internal inquiries. Requires accurate deadline-driven processing, error resolution, confidentiality, communication, organization, and backup support for departmental staff.

Manages fraud detection, loss prevention, and financial risk compliance programs for a credit union. Develops monitoring processes, analyzes high-risk accounts, prepares regulatory reports, conducts investigations, supports loss recovery, and collaborates with compliance, law enforcement, insurers, and leadership. Provides subject matter expertise, coaching, secondary reviews, trend reporting, and dashboard metrics while ensuring adherence to BSA/AML, FinCEN, Regulations E and CC, and organizational policies.

Provide frontline member service by opening and closing deposit accounts, processing transactions, resolving member issues, promoting cross-sell of products, maintaining teller functions, acting as liaison between departments, and completing related administrative tasks.
