Builds ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, integrations, approval chains, PPM configurations, RMF/A&A processes, and reusable subflows. Leads process mapping, user-story development, UAT, training, change management, workshops, SOPs, and adoption initiatives. Requires enterprise architecture leadership and advanced ServiceNow workflow experience in regulated Intelligence Community environments.

Leads the design, implementation, and operation of secure AWS infrastructure and DevOps solutions. Manages Agile Kanban teams, cloud migrations, infrastructure as code, Kubernetes platforms, CI/CD pipelines, security hardening, accreditation, and enterprise application scaling. Provides hands-on technical leadership, mentors engineers, coordinates stakeholders, conducts architecture reviews, and drives continuous improvement across automation and deployment processes.

Provides data science and systems engineering support for integrating COTS and AI/ML capabilities into customer environments. Supports cloud-based systems, multimedia forensics, deepfake creation and detection, publicly available information processing, and lifecycle activities. The role may also involve project management, AWS, Linux, and Microsoft Teams. An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and U.S. citizenship are required.

Administers and engineers Oracle Linux systems and Oracle Exadata environments. The role requires Oracle database administration expertise, maintaining security-controlled systems, supporting customer Assessment and Authorization processes, handling sensitive data, and cross-skilling with teammates. An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, U.S. citizenship, and Oracle certifications are required.

Develop and maintain Java web applications using Jakarta Servlets, REST APIs, JSP, JavaScript, Tomcat, Linux, LDAP, and MariaDB. Build secure authentication, authorization, PKI, encryption, SSH, certificate, and data transmission solutions.
