The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will develop mechanical designs, lead reviews, optimize solutions, and ensure product integrity through testing and validation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Develop and maintain whole-machine dynamic system models to support product development. Create simulation models (Matlab/Simulink/Simscape), define dynamic performance specifications, analyze nonlinear hydro-electro-mechanical interactions, support control strategy development, document analysis procedures, and report findings to design teams to verify and improve product designs.

Design, integrate, test, and release vehicle electrical systems and wiring harnesses. Develop/manage electrical requirements and BOMs, coordinate with suppliers, support prototype builds, validation, and production launches, perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and continuous improvement.

The Mechanical Design Engineer will focus on hydraulic systems, creating 3D models, 2D drawings, and troubleshooting hydraulic systems while collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

The Software Test Engineer will execute and develop test strategies for validation and verification of products, focusing on quality and performance across software and hardware components.

Design and modify electrical wire harness layouts for off-highway equipment using Creo Cabling. Manage small harness projects, coordinate with manufacturing, quality, suppliers and other design teams, pull parts in PTC Windchill/SAP, review 2D harness drawings, and participate in cross-functional design reviews.

Support design, analysis, and validation of cooling systems for diesel and electrified equipment. Perform 1-D simulations and CFD to size components, evaluate airflow and thermal performance, correlate simulations with test data, investigate cooling issues, and collaborate with design, systems, and validation teams to recommend improvements and enhance simulation tools and processes.

Develop and maintain automated system tests for embedded controllers using Python, collaborate with teams to ensure code quality, and improve test strategies.

The Mechanical Engineer will design and test engine and cooling systems for construction and forestry equipment, create models and 2D drawings, and provide technical support in production.

Lead design and cost-reduction projects across vehicle systems, create CAD models and prints using model-based definition and GD&T, coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders, support factory fit-ups and testing, and manage multiple projects to production.
