The Senior Associate will provide tax compliance and advisory services for investment partnerships, managing client relationships and working within a multi-disciplinary team.

The Audit Senior Associate will lead complex engagements in energy transition, demonstrating command of GAAP and auditing standards, while enhancing client relationships through strong communication skills.

Assess IT general controls, applications, infrastructure, and security configurations; evaluate financial reporting processes; mentor associates; and ensure compliance with SSAE, SOC, GAAP, and IIA standards while supporting client risk and control improvements.

Lead and oversee U.S. and international tax compliance, planning, and consulting for multinational clients. Supervise tax engagements, develop teams, advise on cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, treaty analysis, and help grow client relationships and practice development.
