Manage end-to-end order management (production, NPI, RMA) and related commercial activities (quotes, AR, claims). The Engineering Tech II develops and optimizes manufacturing documentation, collaborates with engineering teams, ensures GMP compliance, and supports prototype development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead HR strategy and execution for the Tainan site: partner with leaders on org design, workforce planning, talent cycles, people analytics, employee relations, compliance, and site emergency response. Drive HRIS-enabled program implementation, manager coaching, and culture initiatives to support scaling and operational excellence.

Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring safety and efficiency, manage staff performance, liaise with stakeholders, and implement process improvements.

Ensure raw material availability by analyzing forecasts vs. orders, balancing supply and demand to meet on-time delivery, collaborating with Sales/Customer Service/Operations, planning build-ahead or backlog recovery, and using ERP/office tools to support quoting and weldment manufacturing.

Provide sustaining engineering support for wet and mechanical cleaning operations, develop and maintain eRecipes/SOPs, monitor process controls and equipment, lead continuous improvement, support audits/CAPA, and train production personnel to ensure process compliance and quality.

Lead category strategy and full-cycle sourcing to optimize cost, quality, delivery, and supplier performance. Drive localization and supplier transfer from Israel to Malaysia, manage supplier scouting, qualification, FA/FFF validation, cost modeling, and contract negotiations. Support NPI sourcing, BOM validation, and cross-site coordination with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Finance to ensure mass-production readiness and mitigate supply risks.
