Owner of day-to-day finance operations: run monthly billing and collections, process supplier payments and expenses, produce monthly management accounts and board reporting, maintain cashflow forecasts and KPI dashboards, handle VAT, payroll and statutory liaison, support R&D tax claims and audits, and provide light-touch group accounting and outsourced accountant/auditor liaison.

Hands-on QA Engineer responsible for test strategy, manual and automated testing (Selenium, BDD), writing and executing test plans, reviewing stories and code, participating in agile ceremonies, maintaining test documentation and improving QA processes across the software delivery lifecycle.

Own end-to-end onboarding for GP surgeries from contract to go-live. Manage multiple concurrent projects, coordinate NHS compliance (DCB0160, DSPT), liaise with practice managers, track progress in CRM and PM tools, escalate blockers, report metrics, and collaborate with engineering/product to ensure correct setup and timely activation.

Execute HubSpot CRM builds: configure sales pipelines, workflows, automations, integrations (Zapier, APIs), dashboards and reporting. Support minor custom coding, create custom properties and lead routing, document configurations, and hand over to the team. Full-time 1-month contract aligned to UK hours, with potential extension.
