Manages crisis response processes, disaster recovery testing, continuity tools, vendor due diligence, audit requests, and executive and Board reporting. Develops policies and procedures, monitors FFIEC and banking requirements, and advises management on continuity risks and improvements. The role requires on-site work four days per week and availability outside regular hours during crises or testing.
