Coordinate, administer, and maintain all leave of absence programs for Cottage Health employees. Provide administrative support for Employee Relations, manage leave documentation, and use advanced MS Office tools to track and communicate leave statuses.

Provides independent administrative and executive support to Nursing Administration and a Vice President. Responsibilities include correspondence, editing, meeting coordination, agenda and minutes preparation, calendar and travel management, mail and document processing, report and presentation support, filing, and serving as a departmental liaison. Requires strong Microsoft Office skills and a minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute.

Provide administrative support and develop workflow processes and systems for the Employee Health and Safety department and/or Department Director with minimal supervision. Perform office tasks using Word, Excel, Outlook, and maintain typing/clerical duties; support departmental operations and communication.

Senior technical authority for security architecture, engineering design, and enterprise risk mitigation. Designs, implements, and configures security solutions across firewalls, endpoints, monitoring, vulnerability management, incident response, and forensics. Leads tactical implementation, performs assessments, product evaluations, project support, and supports the Information Security program and strategic objectives.

Sell and promote the organization's laboratory services to prospective clients within a defined territory. Develop new business, achieve annual sales and profit goals, maintain client satisfaction from go-live through handoff, and support the Sales & Marketing Director on strategy, market expansion, and sales training. Collaborate on special projects to improve service delivery and offerings.

Serve as strategic talent advisor to business leaders, lead complex full-cycle recruitment and sourcing for hard-to-fill roles, develop talent pipelines, mentor recruiters, partner on compensation and offers, ensure compliance with hiring laws and visa/permanent residency paperwork, and lead TA initiatives to improve processes and employer branding.
