Manage a portfolio of customers to drive adoption, retention, and measurable business outcomes. Monitor health signals, lead recovery plans, coordinate cross-functional resolution, run value-focused reviews, support renewals and expansion, and feed product/service improvements.

Manage existing B2B and B2C accounts to retain subscriptions, reduce churn, and drive upsell revenue. Proactively contact customers before renewals, identify at-risk accounts, conduct needs analyses, and execute consultative upsell and cross-sell strategies. Maintain CRM records (GDPR-compliant), deliver retention and revenue targets, produce reporting, and feed customer insights back to product and marketing teams. Embrace AI tools and collaborate with sales, product, and operations to improve customer outcomes.

Develop, test, and deliver features in C#/.NET (ASP.NET, Blazor) on Azure. Own tickets from refinement to deployment, use AI coding assistants responsibly, extend CI/CD, participate in code reviews, investigate production issues, and help shape AI-enabled product features.
