The Middle School Program Coordinator leads academic and cultural initiatives, supports teachers, and coordinates student programs to enhance academic achievement.

Provide comprehensive remote clerical and administrative support to the high school principal and leadership team, manage communications, schedule meetings, process purchase orders and invoices, assist with interviews and enrollment liaison tasks, generate reports, support special projects, and attend virtual/in-person meetings as needed.

Provide virtual school operational and instructional leadership supporting the Principal and Executive Director. Oversee attendance/data reporting, enrollment, transcripts, state testing logistics, student support, staff supervision/evaluation, professional development, technology liaison duties, and stakeholder communication to ensure compliance and continuous school improvement.

The Records Program Coordinator manages student records, ensures compliance with laws, leads the Records team, and resolves complex records issues, while interacting with various stakeholders.

The High School Program Coordinator will oversee programs for special populations, support school leadership, and drive academic outcomes, while attending events and collaborating with staff to enhance student achievement.
