Build and extend an AI-first healthcare technology suite across clinical pathway, patient communication, and interoperability products. Develop production LLM features with Claude Code and the Anthropic API, design prompts and safety guardrails, integrate real-time APIs and data pipelines, and maintain HIPAA- and SOC 2-compliant systems. Collaborate with the CTO, clinical teams, business users, and partners; contribute to architecture, code reviews, product scoping, and team mentorship.

Owns the full enterprise sales cycle for Rely Health’s healthcare technology and patient navigation solutions, from prospecting and pipeline generation through negotiation and close. Builds relationships with health systems, hospitals, physician groups, and healthcare executives; conducts discovery, develops business cases, manages CRM activity, and coordinates with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Implementation. Represents the company at industry events, develops market messaging, and serves as a client advocate during pre-sales. Travel up to 25% is required.

Build and operate internal tools, operational workflows, AI agent workflows, and automated communication agents for healthcare customers. Partner with navigators, operations, product, sales, and account management to improve customer outcomes. Validate changes through testing, evaluations, quality gates, rollout and rollback processes, and post-deployment verification. Document workflows, handle HIPAA and PHI securely, troubleshoot issues through resolution, and create scalable templates and playbooks.
