Design, implement, and maintain ETL pipelines and data movement between on‑premises systems and cloud platforms (Microsoft Fabric). Translates strategy into work plans, builds infrastructure for new centers and programs, coordinates cross-functional teams and external partners, aligns resources, monitors outcomes, and supports proposal and operational readiness. Facilitates stakeholder communication and regional expansion across South Texas with expected travel.

Lead functional and technical HRIS analyst for Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll and UKG workforce management. Own system configuration, integrations, payroll processing support, troubleshooting, data reconciliation, reporting, upgrades, and governance. Partner with Payroll, HR Ops, Finance, IT, and vendors to improve automation, controls, and employee pay accuracy.
