Serves as the receivables subject matter expert and technical sales consultant for commercial treasury management clients. Leads client consultations, demonstrations, solution design, pricing, cross-sell and upsell strategies, and sales-to-delivery transitions. Analyzes portfolios to increase receivables adoption, contributes insights to product roadmaps, supports implementations, resolves issues, and drives profitable growth through stronger client relationships and solution utilization.

Reviews mortgage loan submissions and disclosure packages for accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery. Prepares initial and revised Loan Estimates, identifies valid changed circumstances, tracks applications, and coordinates with originators, processors, underwriters, and closers. Ensures compliance with TRID, RESPA, HMDA, ECOA, and state regulations, minimizes tolerance cures, answers disclosure questions, supports compliance projects and training, and verifies HMDA data.

Conducts BSA/AML and OFAC investigations, reviews suspicious activity and potential sanctions matches, determines SAR filing requirements, prepares investigation reports and SAR narratives, and maintains complete case files. Supports bank business lines with research, compliance guidance, regulatory reporting, and policy enhancements. Requires knowledge of BSA, OFAC, USA PATRIOT Act, fraud, and financial crime regulations, along with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Handles inbound and outbound borrower interactions regarding mortgage servicing. Resolves questions about escrow, payments, ARM changes, payoffs, account maintenance, online access, and related issues. Documents interactions accurately, meets contact-center service and quality goals, follows mortgage servicing regulations and privacy standards, escalates complex concerns, and collaborates with internal teams to support positive borrower experiences.

Leads enterprise data enablement by driving adoption of the internal data marketplace, enterprise data catalog, and certified data product framework. Builds data literacy and self-service analytics programs, manages stakeholder engagement and change initiatives, defines adoption metrics, and reports business impact to executive leadership. The role translates complex data capabilities for technical and non-technical audiences while coordinating data product strategy across business domains.

Leads a data engineering team responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable data products and platforms. Sets technical direction, manages team performance and development, establishes engineering standards, and oversees data quality, security, governance, and operational excellence. Partners with product owners, enterprise architecture, information security, data governance, and business stakeholders to deliver data solutions. Defines team strategy and roadmap, evaluates emerging technologies, and communicates metrics and progress to senior leadership.

Manages loss mitigation for delinquent real estate-secured loans, including outbound and inbound borrower communications, hardship resolution, repayment or liquidation planning, account documentation, financial analyses, property valuations, and regulatory compliance. Serves as the borrower’s primary contact throughout the resolution process, coordinates with internal teams and external parties, maintains accurate records, and follows banking and collections procedures.

Participate in a 10-week summer internship applying classroom knowledge to meaningful work in a financial services environment. Interns collaborate with business teams, receive mentoring and executive exposure, complete a group project, and may support community service initiatives.
