Designs and maintains secure AWS and Azure cloud environments, including landing zones, security guardrails, IAM policies, compliance controls, monitoring, and incident response. Manages campaign execution, media buying, creative coordination, budgets, timelines, stakeholder communications, marketing partnerships, and performance evaluation across multiple concurrent projects.

Provides analytical support to the Mortgage division by analyzing pipeline, production, performance, and external benchmark data. Collaborates with Mortgage leadership, Marketing, and other departments to improve CRM usage, reporting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.

Executes and manages foreign exchange transactions, provides pricing and market commentary, supports FX sales and client onboarding, manages liquidity and settlement risk, performs trade investigations and reconciliations, prepares regulatory and management reporting, and coordinates trade services documentation. The role also supports client relationships, compliance reviews, operational controls, and foreign currency bank note activities across internal teams and banking partners.

Generates agricultural loan and deposit business, develops and expands client relationships, evaluates and structures loan requests, manages portfolio credit quality, monitors delinquencies, and achieves sales and portfolio targets. The role requires commercial agricultural lending expertise, consultative selling, financial analysis, knowledge of banking and OCC procedures, and active participation in the agriculture community.

Processes consumer loan files from application through closing readiness. Reviews applications and documentation, clears underwriting conditions, coordinates with borrowers, lenders, underwriters, vendors, and closing partners, and ensures compliance with regulatory and bank requirements. Maintains accurate records, resolves processing risks, supports closing and funding readiness, and provides timely status updates throughout the lending lifecycle.

Manages a portfolio of 70–90 retirement plan clients, primarily under ERISA. Responsibilities include client servicing, plan reviews, enrollment education, participant engagement, coordination with internal teams, issue resolution, retention, and identifying growth opportunities. The role requires knowledge of defined contribution plans, strong relationship management, virtual communication, organizational skills, Microsoft Office and CRM proficiency, and a Series 65 license.
