Generates commercial loan and deposit business by developing middle-market client relationships, meeting sales targets, originating and structuring loans, maintaining credit quality, and managing customer portfolios. The role expands existing relationships, builds referral networks, monitors delinquencies, evaluates financial and credit risks, and coordinates internal resources to deliver appropriate pricing and client solutions.

Manages loss mitigation for delinquent real estate-secured loans, including outbound and inbound borrower communications, hardship resolution, repayment or liquidation planning, account documentation, financial analyses, property valuations, and regulatory compliance. Serves as the borrower’s primary contact throughout the resolution process, coordinates with internal teams and external parties, maintains accurate records, and follows banking and collections procedures.

Participate in a 10-week summer internship applying classroom knowledge to meaningful work in a financial services environment. Interns collaborate with business teams, receive mentoring and executive exposure, complete a group project, and may support community service initiatives. Available focus areas include accounting, finance, banking, data analytics, technology, human resources, legal, marketing, operations, risk, and wealth management.

Supports the community bank’s deposit product strategy across personal and business banking. Leads product initiatives, pricing activities, launches, governance, compliance, reporting, and portfolio performance analysis. Partners with Marketing, Treasury, Finance, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Sales Enablement to drive deposit growth, product adoption, client retention, and effective execution.

Manages private wealth client relationships by reviewing goals, risk tolerance, financial information, and investments; constructs and rebalances portfolios; provides financial planning guidance; develops new business through referrals and external networks; and collaborates with private banking, trust, fixed income, insurance, and philanthropy specialists. Maintains current economic and investment knowledge to provide informed client advice.
