Oversee regulatory reporting function, manage recurring and ad hoc regulatory filings (Federal Reserve, Y-14, FFIEC), implement reporting software, ensure SOX and regulatory compliance, support audits/exams, assist with LFI readiness and M&A impacts, and produce management reports.

Serve as senior finance partner to IT leadership translating technology strategy into multi-year financial plans. Lead IT budgeting, forecasting, investment governance, cost optimization, ROI evaluation, KPI development, analytics, and an IT FP&A team to ensure value realization and financial controls across cloud, SaaS, and transformation initiatives.

Provide legal counsel on commercial lending and credit matters, including structuring, diligence, drafting, and negotiating loan documentation. Advise business lines on regulatory compliance, support credit policy development and administration, manage outside counsel, conduct legal research, and oversee assigned legal staff.

Support Corporate Treasury Liquidity & Funding by developing internal liquidity stress testing, calibrating scenarios and assumptions, implementing US liquidity rules (LCR, NSFR) and FR 2052a reporting, monitoring firm-wide liquidity positions and KRIs, and liaising with regulators and internal stakeholders.

Manage underwriting, analysis, and closing of large corporate loans and structured products ($25M+). Monitor portfolio performance, prepare scorecards and collateral marks, coordinate loan processing, and provide buy/hold/sell recommendations while supporting credit risk oversight.
