The role partners with HR Business Partners, maintains confidentiality and data integrity, coordinates licensing applications and renewals, assists with HRIS maintenance, and supports a professional work environment and company culture.

Provides player services in a casino environment through cash handling, sports wagering ticket transactions, customer assistance, bank reconciliation, regulatory compliance, and exceptional guest service. Duties may include cashiering, sports writing, or main banking.
