Responsibilities include negotiating real estate, leasing, development, procurement, IT, marketing, and supply contracts; supporting acquisitions, construction, asset operations, compliance, sustainability, safety, data protection, and AI initiatives; managing legal templates, transaction issues, and data rooms; and advising stakeholders across European markets.

Responsible for corporate accounting across Europe, including monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, expense monitoring, balance sheet reconciliations, payroll accounting, budgeting and forecasting support, supplier payment approvals, VAT compliance, audit coordination, and accounting control procedures. The role partners with FP&A and business leaders, improves processes, automates recurring tasks, prepares financial reports, and supervises or mentors junior team members.

Support Spain (and other markets) by building consistent KPIs and AI-accelerated reports, analysing portfolio and market data to improve NOI and operational performance, driving AI adoption, supporting reporting, testing, systems optimisation, due diligence, and cross-functional data initiatives to inform decisions and process improvements.

Support UK (and wider) operational and asset teams by building consistent KPIs, reports and analyses to improve NOI and customer outcomes. Champion AI tools to automate reporting, build AI-powered reporting assistants, and accelerate QA. Provide data gathering, financial and leasing analysis, systems requirements/testing, and support acquisitions, budgeting and operational performance improvements.

Support financial modelling, valuation, budgeting and feasibility for Spanish development projects. Assist planning/approvals, cost control, project reporting, market research and stakeholder management to support acquisition and delivery of residential assets.
