Supervise administrative assistants supporting attorneys and business professionals. Manage staffing coverage, scheduling, performance evaluations, onboarding, training coordination, records, communications, and workflow improvements. Lead administrative professional recruitment, workforce planning, succession planning, cross-training, and talent development while ensuring policy adherence, confidentiality, service quality, and business continuity.

Provides administrative, secretarial, technical, and organizational support to lawyers and managers. Responsibilities include preparing legal documents, managing calls, correspondence, calendars, appointments, travel, files, meetings, attorney time, expenses, client billing, payment tracking, reception coverage, and special projects. Requires strong communication, proofreading, typing, confidentiality, organization, reliability, teamwork, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Conducts conflict-of-interest searches for new matters and lateral attorneys across all firm offices using iManage Conflicts Management. Reviews and clarifies matter requests, researches corporate relationships, prepares conflict reports, applies standardized search procedures, and maintains database records and shared documents. Collaborates with Conflicts, Recruiting, Human Resources, and General Counsel teams, supports special projects, and provides assigned on-call coverage.

Manage billing, collections and reporting for assigned attorneys. Produce prebills and reports, finalize invoices to client guidelines, submit via e-billing systems, review receivables, coordinate with collections, support testing of billing processes, and respond to billing inquiries.

Engineer and support identity management, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, servers, core network services, and secure technology systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, platform deployments and upgrades, automation through scripting, system documentation, cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Networking, and InfoSec, and participation in a weekly 24/7 on-call rotation.

Support attorneys on corporate transactions by drafting and proofreading documents, managing due diligence and virtual data rooms, coordinating signatures and filings, preparing closing materials, conducting factual research, and maintaining precedents and capital markets tables.

Leads AI enablement and adoption for eDiscovery and litigation workflows. Designs and implements AI solutions, evaluates tools, manages testing and vendor coordination, analyzes user feedback and adoption metrics, develops workflow recommendations, and creates training and best-practice resources. Serves as a subject-matter expert for AI-enabled eDiscovery tools and partners with attorneys, project managers, IT, knowledge teams, and vendors to deploy scalable solutions.

Write, edit, proofread, and publish on-brand content for the firm's website and marketing materials. Implement website updates, audit materials for compliance with client marketing restrictions, and support brochure refreshes and other PR/communications projects in collaboration with BD and cross-functional teams.

Provide compliance support to the General Counsel's Office by reviewing and monitoring engagement letters, outside counsel guidelines, client questionnaires, NDAs, and vendor contracts; support business development compliance (marketing, advertising, social media); perform lateral attorney conflicts analyses and draft waiver requests; liaise with attorneys, Vendor Management Office, and business services; and provide evening/weekend on-call coverage and special project support.

Plan and manage logistics for firm-sponsored client and internal events (conferences, seminars, retreats, receptions). Source venues, negotiate contracts, manage invitations/RSVPs, coordinate on-site operations and vendors, track event data, support gifting and ticketed client entertainment, and collaborate with lawyers and business services teams to deliver curated client experiences.
