Own warehouse efficiency for an 8,000+ SKU e-commerce fulfillment operation. Responsibilities include conducting time-and-motion studies, establishing labor standards, eliminating non-value-added work, optimizing kitting, packaging, line balancing, ergonomics, slotting, pick paths, and pack stations.
