Perform research and development of RF propagation models (ELF to millimeter wave), develop novel mathematical and numerical methods, conduct lab/field experiments and measurements, analyze data, document findings in technical reports and presentations, collaborate with sponsors, and contribute to proposals and follow-on research opportunities.

Manage logistics, curriculum, events, volunteers, partnerships, grant funding, communications, and participant data. Collaborate with statewide teams, represent Extension externally, and support outreach with occasional travel and nonstandard hours.

Manage and track classified engineering projects: monitor cost, schedule, quality assurance, subcontract management, CDRL/CRDL tracking, reporting, equipment/ODC tracking, and coordinate meetings and briefings with PIs, PMs, sponsors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project commitments.

Design, implement, and operate secure automated infrastructure and observability for high-performance and cloud-native computing. Build metrics, logging, and tracing pipelines, dashboards, and alerts; maintain CI/CD pipelines; deploy workloads in container orchestration across bare metal and cloud; review PRs, write tests and documentation, demo work to stakeholders, and coordinate daily with an Agile team.
