Manage and coordinate classified engineering projects: track cost, schedule, quality, subcontracts (CDRLs), ODCs, and stakeholder communications; prepare reports and briefings; support logistics, procurement, and cross-team coordination at secure facilities.

Perform fabrication, machining, characterization, and mechanical testing of materials; operate and maintain Cold Spray, additive and wire-arc deposition systems and robotics; document processes and test data; support equipment setup, maintenance, and field testing; collaborate with engineers and project managers to meet project requirements and schedules.

Lead development, execution, and evaluation of alumni events (in-person and virtual). Supervise Event Coordinators, manage budgets, contracts, vendor relations, attendee registration, volunteers, and event logistics. Lead development and execution of student-centered and community programming at Fullers Overlook; manage daily property operations, budgets, strategic planning, partnerships, outreach, events, internships, grants, reporting, and supervise staff while ensuring compliance and coordinating facility and landscape projects.

Support project planning, reporting, cost/schedule risk analysis, and coordination with program leadership and external sponsors. Produce technical and financial status reports, presentations, and documentation to enable timely project execution.
