Collaborate with faculty to design, develop, and revise inclusive, accessible learning experiences across modalities. Apply learning science and emerging instructional technologies (including AI and digital badging), create instructional media, design assessments, support course improvements, and provide faculty development and program support for college initiatives.

Provide administrative coordination for the Department of Biomedical Engineering graduate program: manage admissions and onboarding, maintain student records and milestones, schedule exams and defenses, coordinate events and faculty appointments, assist with curriculum proposals, and serve as primary contact from application through graduation.

Build proof-of-concept tools, configure test environments, conduct penetration testing and malware analysis, produce technical reports and presentations for sponsors, mentor junior staff, and support project management and customer engagement. Periodic travel to test locations; work primarily on-site in Reston, VA.

Part-time internship supporting the Nittany AI Alliance: mentor and engage student teams, help plan and deliver workshops, assist development and testing of AI tools and prototypes, support hackathon events, and track program impact and reporting.

Collaborate with faculty to design, develop, and review asynchronous online courses using evidence-based pedagogy; manage course development timelines and multimedia production; oversee Instructional Design Assistants for ~35 courses/semester; ensure copyright and accessibility compliance; research online learning innovations.

Build, configure, and maintain HPC and cloud research computing environments; develop and automate infrastructure-as-code and deployment pipelines; integrate software tools with HPC/cloud; analyze and optimize performance; provide technical support to researchers; participate in software development lifecycle and may supervise staff. Serve as the Center for the Performing Arts primary K–12 connector: build educator relationships through regular school and library visits, support Student Matinee programming, develop teacher-facing curricular materials, track participation data, and coordinate educator events and partnerships to expand arts-integrated instruction.

Undergraduate internship supporting AI/ML research through labeling and annotating geospatial datasets (tracks, images, video, text, sensor data). Collaborate with researchers using labeling tools, contribute to data quality assurance, and support model development for Navy/DoD/IC applications.
