Leads enterprise FP&A reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and executive reporting across multiple business units. Manages analysts, improves reporting automation and planning tools, partners with finance and operations leaders, and supports M&A diligence, integration tracking, and post-close performance monitoring.

Tests production, RMA, and marketing devices for cosmetic and functional quality, including electronic function checks, software testing, and golf-club impact testing. Establishes reporting standards, data architecture roadmaps, and scalable self-service analytics capabilities.

Provides Tier 1 escalation and queue-based technical support for indoor golf simulator systems. Diagnoses projector, display, AV signal, audio, PC, launch monitor, configuration, and component failures. Processes replacement orders, RMAs, warranty transactions, and service requests in NetSuite while documenting cases in Zendesk. Guides customers and installers remotely, coaches entry-level support agents, maintains troubleshooting knowledge, and reports recurring failures to Product, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

Supports treasury and FP&A activities including cash tracking, liquidity planning, cash-flow forecasting, working-capital optimization, banking relationships, KPI development, variance analysis, and leadership reporting. Builds scalable financial models and improves reporting processes using Excel and financial systems. Partners with accounting, FP&A, and operations while maintaining accurate, auditable models and datasets.

Supports weekly and monthly S&OP reporting across demand, supply, inventory, and financial performance. Builds Power BI dashboards, recurring reports, and executive presentations; analyzes forecast accuracy, inventory health, service levels, and plan deviations; reconciles fragmented data from ERP and planning systems; and provides actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders. Uses AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to automate reporting, summarize variances, detect anomalies, and improve analytics workflows.

Leads soft goods apparel product development from strategy and prototyping through pre-production approval. Manages budgets, BOMs, sourcing, cost negotiations, timelines, factory communications, and cross-functional development meetings. Partners with design, product management, creative, suppliers, and overseas development teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule and within target costs. Drives process improvements, cost engineering, sample reviews, and seasonal product launch deliverables.

Plans and conducts risk-based financial, operational, and compliance audits across global operations. Evaluates internal controls, fraud prevention, accounting processes, and regulatory compliance; prepares audit reports; tracks remediation; and recommends process improvements. Supports finance and accounting transformation initiatives, updates policies and procedures, and collaborates with diverse stakeholders across multiple business units and ERP systems.
