Design and document the product, knowledge, system, governance, and technical architecture for an AI-powered Brand Intelligence pilot. Define users, workflows, knowledge domains, retrieval methods, orchestration patterns, quality controls, responsible AI practices, and MVP requirements. Advise executives and collaborate with marketing, design, engineering, and subject-matter teams to deliver an MVP and live campaign pilot while creating a reusable AI product design method for future brand rollouts.

Manage management and revenue accounting, including deferred revenue, accruals, prepayments, accounts payable, VAT returns, fixed assets, bank reconciliations, company cards, and employee expenses. Perform revenue variance analysis across Xero and Salesforce, support client and internal queries, assist with year-end audit, and improve finance processes and software. This fixed-term maternity cover role reports to the Finance Director and may require occasional work outside standard hours.

Hands-on role responsible for preparing and governing business data, developing dashboards and actionable insights, enabling AI agents and RAG capabilities, evaluating agent performance, and identifying commercial and operational opportunities. The position partners with technical and business teams across Salesforce, event, marketing, and operational systems to improve data quality, build reusable intelligence, and measure the value of AI and automation.

Designs, deploys, and optimizes AI agents and automated workflows across business departments. The role analyzes processes, translates requirements into agent specifications, configures and tests agent solutions, trains users, monitors performance, gathers feedback, and develops reusable playbooks and documentation. It serves as a bridge between business teams and the Agent Factory while supporting adoption and continuous improvement of AI-enabled operations.
