Alongside M&I, Private Luxury Events champions the ethos Expect the Extraordinary, delivering world-class experiences to the Luxury Travel community through Amour, Private Luxury, TFest and Ultra.

This engagement covers the product, knowledge and governance architecture for the M&I Brand Intelligence pilot, establishing Brand Intelligence as a scalable AI product and a reusable capability across Worldwide Events.
This engagement is expected to commence immediately and no later than 1 October 2026. Key milestones include an MVP ready for user testing by 1 December 2026 and a pilot ready for live campaign use by 15 December 2026.
You'll collaborate with a network of experienced, passionate specialists who have delivered hundreds of events worldwide and bring creativity, precision and purpose to their work.
The engagement is outcome-based and delivered remotely.  You'll retain autonomy over your methods, tools and sequencing, working alongside our COO Office, Marketing and Design Product Leads, Agent Factory development teams and M&I subject matter experts.

This engagement includes:

• Brand Intelligence Product and System Blueprint: defining users, use cases, workflows, knowledge domains, inputs, outputs, success measures and MVP scope, approved by stakeholders.
• Knowledge Architecture Design: the information architecture, retrieval approach, ownership model and maintenance framework needed for consistently high-quality AI outputs.
• AI Product Architecture: the component model, integration approach and orchestration requirements, aligned with our wider Commercial Operating System.
• Governance Framework: content ownership, quality controls, approval workflows, auditability and responsible AI, documented and usable by delivery teams.
• Technical Delivery Specification: architecture and design artefacts detailed enough for engineering teams to build the MVP without material redesign.
• Reusable Product Design Method: a documented, repeatable approach to AI product design for future brand rollouts across Worldwide Events.

This engagement is best suited to an AI Product and System Architect contractor who brings:

• Proven experience delivering AI-enabled products from concept through to implementation.
• Deep expertise in AI product and platform architecture, including AI-enabled operating model design.
• Strong experience in knowledge architecture and retrieval systems.
• Hands-on experience designing agentic workflows and orchestration patterns.
• Executive advisory experience, with the systems thinking to connect product design to wider business outcomes.

• Multi-agent systems and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Governance and responsible AI frameworks, including human and agent operating models.
• Commercial AI product development.
• Experience in knowledge-work, media, events, travel or professional services environments.

Day rate: competitive, depending on experience, with final scope and deliverables agreed with you.
