Lead and refine Expo Centric’s written voice and editorial standards. Interview stakeholders and translate complex, technical project material into persuasive B2B content across websites, case studies, campaigns, thought leadership, PR, tenders and sales collateral. Own case-study production, manage briefs and approvals, and ensure accuracy, commercial focus and brand consistency.

Lead marketing operations and campaign execution: manage HubSpot CRM, website/CMS, paid and organic campaigns, track attribution, build performance reporting, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive qualified briefs, pipeline, and revenue.

Lead Expo Centric's marketing strategy and brand positioning. Direct integrated campaigns across digital, content, PR, social, email, events, and ABM. Manage budget, agencies, creatives, website, and analytics. Partner with Sales and Client Services to generate qualified pipeline, improve conversion, and drive revenue.
