Build and evolve reusable UX systems, documentation, tooling, prompts, plugins, and quality guardrails for AI-assisted product development. Partner with Product Design and engineering to translate UX standards into machine-readable and human-readable structures, improve AI-generated product experiences, identify system gaps, and establish feedback loops and human-review criteria. Requires production software engineering experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, and React, plus interest in UX, accessibility, and design systems.

Build and maintain tested backend services and APIs for certification, commerce, enrollment, learner communications, and credentialing workflows. Integrate third-party payment, learning management, and credentialing platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders, apply test-driven development, maintain Git and CI/CD practices, support AWS-based services, and contribute to AI agent and LDD adoption.

Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement for data center and power generation projects, including supplier sourcing, RFQ/RFP execution, commercial evaluation, negotiation, purchase orders, supplier management, long-lead equipment tracking, and reporting. Collaborate with Engineering, EPC/Project Management, Finance, Legal, Sales, and suppliers while using analytical, AI, and digital tools to improve procurement efficiency.

Build and deploy practical AI solutions, including internal AI agents, intelligent search, workflow automation, document intelligence, custom applications, and SaaS integrations. Establish AI infrastructure, security, governance, evaluation methods, and best practices. Partner with business teams to prototype solutions, identify automation opportunities, evaluate build-versus-buy decisions, and train employees on AI tools.

Drives adoption and effective use of digital products through communications, training, documentation, launch plans, user support, testing, and change management. Analyzes adoption, engagement, retention, satisfaction, and task-success metrics to identify trends and guide product improvements. Partners with engineering teams, users, and business stakeholders to resolve issues, validate releases, and enhance product quality and value.
