The Sales Executive will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by sourcing new sales opportunities through cold calls, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Lead the finance function for Ballinger Group Europe, ensuring accurate IFRS-compliant reporting, regulatory submissions, audit management, cash and payroll oversight, tax and control frameworks, valuation and accounting for FX and derivatives, and development of the finance team while engaging boards, auditors, regulators and group stakeholders.

Support implementation and enhancement of the Compliance Monitoring Programme covering MiFID II, PSD2, EMI and related regulations; perform risk assessments, oversee regulatory reporting, draft and maintain compliance policies, identify and remediate breaches, and provide regulatory updates to senior management.
