Own and define Duelbits’ global VIP function across casino and sportsbook. Responsibilities include VIP portfolio revenue and retention, proposition design, onboarding, competitive strategy, partnerships, social and community engagement, governance, analytics, and team leadership. The Director will lead a current seven-person team, onboard two planned hires, establish operating models and KPIs, and make high-impact decisions on incentives, player treatment, limits, risk, and long-term customer value.
